Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-21
This policy describes how CLOSR ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our Service.
Information we collect
- Account info — your name, email address, and authentication identifier (e.g. Google ID).
- Profile info — niche, service description, ranking, and any content you publish on your public profile.
- Training transcripts — text transcripts of your training sessions and live calls. Used to score you and let you review past calls.
- Billing info — handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and your subscription state, never your card number.
- Operational logs — anonymized request logs and error telemetry.
How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To score your training calls and surface your ranking on the marketplace.
- To send transactional emails (notifications, billing, security).
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers — Supabase (database), LiveKit (voice infrastructure), Anthropic (AI), Deepgram (transcription), Cartesia (speech), Stripe (billing), Resend (email). They are bound by contract to use data only as required to provide their service.
- Marketplace counterparties — businesses you apply to can see your public profile, ranking, and the message you send with your application.
- Legal authorities — when compelled by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Recordings and consent
Live calls may be transcribed. If you initiate a live call, you are responsible for obtaining consent from the other party where required by law (including two-party- consent states such as California, Florida, and Illinois).
Data retention
We retain account and transcript data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which removes your profile and transcripts. Some records may be retained for billing, audit, or legal purposes.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Email hi@closr.app to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data — encrypted transport, encrypted storage at rest, row-level security on every database table, and least- privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, email support@closr.app.
Children
CLOSR is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We will post material changes here and update the "Last updated" date.
